Something Fresh Is on Its Way

We're excited to share that a new batch of citrus honey and clover honey is currently in bottling — fresh from our hives in Fayoum.

Haydara honey fresh from bottling

Every batch at Haydara goes through the same careful process: harvested at the right moment, tasted and assessed for aroma, texture, and purity, then bottled with full traceability. This one is no different.

What's in This Batch?

Raw Citrus Honey — Light, floral, with the bright, clean sweetness that comes from Egypt's citrus groves. This honey carries a gentle vitamin C richness and works beautifully in warm water, teas, or simply on its own first thing in the morning.

Raw Clover Honey — Smooth, creamy, and mild. Clover honey is one of the most versatile varieties we offer. It pairs naturally with breakfast, baking, and daily wellness rituals. A true Egyptian staple. Curious about how they compare? We've explored the differences and strengths of each.

We also work with other premium varieties — including marjoram honey — to offer you a full range of Egyptian sources and flavors.

Why We Share This Early

At Haydara, transparency isn't just a label — it's how we operate. When a new batch enters bottling, we want you to know. You'll be able to trace this honey back to its hive, its region, and the hands that harvested it.

We don't rush the process. Bottling takes the time it takes — because quality and care come before speed.

When Will It Be Available?

We'll announce availability as soon as the batch clears our final quality check. If you'd like to be first to know, keep an eye on our shop or reach out to us directly.

A Note on Freshness

Fresh-bottled honey may appear slightly different from jar to jar — a shade lighter or darker, a texture slightly thicker or thinner. That's not inconsistency. That's nature. We never blend our honey to force uniformity, because the beauty of real honey is in its honest variation.

Stay tuned. This batch is going to be worth the wait.
